1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support at [Your Email] or [Your Phone].
  • After Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, request a return as per our Return Policy.

2. Returns & Replacement

  • We accept returns only if:
    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
    • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products on clearance or sale.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
